Penticton Alliance Church – Worship Director
Penticton Alliance Church is beginning our search for a permanent part-time Worship Director.
We are grateful to Brett Statham, our Interim Worship Director, for all his work. The Worship Director, as a part of the Church Leadership Team, is an essential part of the regular ministries of Penticton Alliance. This is a diverse role with the leading of music and worship teams as an important priority. In addition to typical worship responsibilities, this person also needs to have a level of competence in relation to audio/visual equipment. There is a team for this area as well, but they report to the Worship Director and so a level of understanding and basic competency is required for the role. The Worship Director meets weekly with the pastoral and staff team and our hope is that the role will grow over time into a full-time position.
