Westwood Alliance Church – Pastor of Children’s Ministry

Westwood is looking for a Pastor of Children’s Ministry to:

• Reach and disciple children (infant to Grade 5) for Jesus Christ
• Direct and shepherd volunteer ministry leaders and their team members.
• Provide spiritual guidance, training, orientation, encouragement and team building opportunities for volunteers.
• Develop programs, goals, and objectives that serve the spiritual needs of children and their families in accordance with Westwood Alliance Church’s mission, vision, and strategic plan.
• Recruit, train and continually build an effective team of children’s volunteers.
• Ensure appropriate safety and security procedures are followed as outlined in the Christian and Missionary Alliance document Plan to Protect.
