Victoria Chinese Alliance Church is a trilingual church (Cantonese, Mandarin, English) with a 50-year history. The Mandarin congregation has around 40 members and is part of a church-wide community of about 200 attendees. The pastoral team includes the senior pastor and assistant pastors for Cantonese and English ministries.
主要職責：
– 領導國語事工，與主任牧師和教會長議會緊密合作。
– 每月至少講道三次，並在需要時承擔更多講壇服事。
– 發展領袖訓練、門徒訓練，並管理主日學事工。
– 組織外展活動及與會眾一同傳福音。
– 提供牧養關懷，包括探訪和輔導。
– 管理並擴展團契和查經班。
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Mandarin ministry, working closely with the senior pastor and church council.
2. Preach at least three times monthly and assist with additional preaching as needed.
3. Develop leadership training, discipleship programs, and oversee Sunday School.
4. Coordinate outreach efforts and evangelism with congregants.
5. Provide pastoral care, including visiting members and counseling.
6. Manage and grow fellowship groups and Bible studies.
主要資格：
– 語言能力： 流利的國語聽說讀寫，能以英語交流。
– 擁有良好的屬靈品格和符合聖經教導的領袖素質。
– 畢業於以聖經為基礎的神學院或具備同等經歷。
– 至少三年教會相關工作經驗，優先考慮在北美的工作經驗。
– 出色的講道才能、團隊合作精神及溝通能力。
Key Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, writing) and ability to communicate in English.
2. Strong spiritual character, with leadership qualities aligned with biblical teachings.
3. Theological education from a Bible-based seminary or equivalent experience.
4. At least three years of church-related experience, preferably in North America.
5. Preaching skills, teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Annual Salary range : $47,000 to $68,000 per year.
